2. Collection of personal data for inquiries

When you contact us by email or through a contact form, we voluntarily collect information (such as your email address, phone number, or other contact information) that you have provided, in order to respond to your requests. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO. We anonymise the data as soon as a request has been processed or, as the case may be, as soon as claims from a legal relationship concluded in connection with an inquiry no longer exist or are able to exist.

3. Collection of personal data when visiting our website

In the case of the merely informative use of the website, that is, if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server.

4. Transfer of your data to third parties

5. Use of Google Analytics

If you have consented, this website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). This analytics tool uses cookies to aggregate standard logging information and the visitor behaviour of our website. The information generated by this cookie about your use of the website is usually transmitted to, and stored by, Google on a server in the United States or in other non-EU countries.

The following information is collected by Google Analytics: Browser, device type, device model, country, service provider, screen resolution (on mobile device), length of stay on the website, language, operating system, pages visited on the website. 6. Integration of Google Maps

On this website we use Google Maps. This allows us to directly show you interactive maps on the website and allows you to conveniently use the map feature.

By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition to this, the data referred to in point 4 of this declaration will be transmitted. This is done regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged in to, or if there is no user account. When you're logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish to be associated with your profile on Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or tailor-made website design. Such an evaluation is done in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide appropriate advertising and to inform other users of the social network about their activities on our website. 7. Storage time

We store your personal data only as long as it is necessary to do so to fulfil our obligations to you. However, for the purposes of our record keeping obligations, we generally store your personal data that you have provided in connection with the purchase of a property for seven years after the fulfilment of the contract.

If you have only received information material from us and are not one of our customers, we will store your data until the withdrawal of your consent.

8. Remarketing

We use the Google Remarketing application. This is a process by which we would like to make contact with you again. This application allows you to see our ads after visiting our website as you continue to use the Internet. This is done by means of cookies stored in your browser, through which your usage behaviour when visiting various websites is recorded and evaluated by Google. This is how Google determines your previous visit to our website. A combination of the data collected during remarketing with your personal data, which may be stored by Google, does not occur according to Google. In particular, according to Google, pseudonymisation is used in remarketing.
